Mondstein Media AB, reg. No.  559388-8695 ("Mondstein Media," "we," "us" or "our") will process your personal data for the purposes of evaluating a potential campaign and/or entering into a campaign between you and us. We strive to be transparent in what we do with your personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy. Below, you will find information on what kind of personal data we process, why we do it, what we use it for and how we may share it. Mondstein Media is the data controller of any processing of your personal data.

Persons we collect data from

‍Our customers, our Talents, our customers Talent’s engaged by us, Representative(s) and/or employee(s) of a customer, business partner, potential customer, potential business partner or talent applies for a job or enter a business or legal relationship with us, our employee(s), persons affected by our services, persons receiving our emails and other communication. Attendees of events hosted or managed by Mondstein Media, from whom we may collect photographs or video footage for use in promotional materials.

Purpose, legal ground and storage period

We will only use your personal data for the purposes, and on the legal grounds, as set out below. We will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the below purposes. Further, we will only use your personal data during the period as set out in "storage period", after which, your personal data will be erased.

Potential campaign 

Personal data: name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address, social media account, pseudonym, birthday, social media posts, social media statistics.
Purpose of processing: To find and evaluate relevant new potential talents for the purposes of possibly initiating a campaign.

Legal ground for processing: The processing is necessary for our legitimate interest of establishing successful collaborations and marketing of our products.

Storage period: We will process your personal data for two years after the initial collection of your personal data.

Performance of campaign

Personal data: name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address, social media accounts, pseudonym, bank details, ‍visual content depicting you, your image and likeness (“Visual Data”)[Relevant for influencer talents only] audio content containing your voice and sounds (“Audio Data”)[Relevant for influencer talents only] audio-visual content Visual Data and Audio Data (“Audio-Visual Data”)

Purpose of processing: To fulfill our obligations under our agreement/campaign (including to administer

payments).

Legal ground for processing: The processing is necessary for the performance of our collaboration/contract.

Storage period: We will process your personal data during the term of our campaign/contract.

Administration after the fulfillment of the campaign

Personal data: name, bank details, pseudonym, campaign information.
Purpose of processing: To fulfill our legal obligations under applicable tax and accounting legislation to keep records of payments.

Legal ground for processing: The processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations under the General Terms and Conditions. 

Evaluation of campaign

Personal data: name, e-mail address, social media accounts, pseudonym, gender, photos/social media posts, social media comments, social media statistics, target group of the account.

Purpose of processing: To measure success of our campaign and to create statistics thereof.

Legal ground for processing: The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests to follow-up and evaluate our campaign and our business and evaluate potential future campaigns.

Storage period: We will process your personal data for two years after termination of our collaboration/contract.

Events
Below, we have set out details about the processing of personal data related to you as an Attendee of Events.
The personal data is collected directly from the Attendee through the sign-up procedure.
Personal Data

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Company
• Other information which may be required due to the nature of the booking which you are asked to provide

Purpose

1. To manage your registration
2. To communicate with you and to enable the organizer the event to communicate with you
3. To invite you to future events

For attendees of our events, we process personal data including first name, last name, email address, company, and visual images captured during the event for the purpose of managing event registration, communication regarding the event, and promoting future events, which may include the use of photographs or videos in which attendees appear. The processing of visual images is based on the attendee's consent, obtained at the time of registration or during the event. Personal data collected for event purposes will be retained for a period of two years following the event.

Retention

Storage period: We will process your personal data for two years after termination of our collaboration/contract.

Fulfilment of contract. Your personal data is processed to be able to provide the services to you in accordance with the agreement entered into with the organizer of the event.

Who do we share your personal data with

We may share your personal data with our clients, talents, and specific business partners who assist us in conducting our campaigns and organizing events. This includes service providers for IT system support and maintenance, storage services, marketing assistance, and logistics for deliveries. For event attendees, this may also include photographers or videographers commissioned by us. Any transfer of data outside the EU/EEA adheres to data protection laws and is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You are entitled to the following rights under applicable data protection laws:

• The right to access: you may at any time request to access your personal data. Upon request, we will provide a copy of your personal data in a commonly used electronic form.
• The right to rectification: you are entitled to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete personal data completed.
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): under certain circumstances (including processing on the basis of your consent), you may request us to delete your personal data. Please note that this right is not unconditional. Therefore, an attempt to invoke the right might not lead to an action from us.
• The right to object: you may have the right to object to certain processing activities conducted by us in relation to your personal data, such as where our processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest.
• The right to restriction of processing: you may under certain circumstances request from us to restrict the processing of your personal data. Please note that this right is not unconditional. Therefore, an attempt to invoke the right might not lead to an action from us.
• The right to data portability: you are entitled to receive your personal data (or have your personal data directly transmitted to another data controller) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Finally, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, currently named Datainspektionen.
